The Rise, Bethlehem, is an exceptional enclave of 25 modern townhouses architecturally inspired with cutting-edge design features, set right in the heart of Bethlehem.

Everything Body Corporate played a large role in organising several meetings with the developer to discuss the set-up and the staging of the construction. We worked closely with developers and lawyers to create rules for all the body corporate and settlement of the new owners; as well as establish annual budgets and engage with local businesses for ongoing maintenance contracts.
