Catherine has years of experience living in apartment buildings in Auckland and Hamilton giving her first-hand experience into how shared buildings are used and how successful communities thrive.

Joining Catherine on her team is Rebecca Sauerman, a Licensed Property Manager since 2018. Rebecca has over 6 years in the industry and brings a wealth of knowledge in managing commercial, industrial and residential properties. Both Catherine and Rebecca believe that good management, collaboration, and clear communication form the backbone of successful residential community living.
