Under the category Heritage, Botanica Heritage won the 2019 Auckland Architecture Award.

Botanica Heritage involved the redevelopment of an original 1900 timber storage building and configuring. 

A unique collection of 13 high-end apartments comprising of 2 & 3-bedroom exclusive residences in keeping with the caveats on what could be done to this historic building.
