Project Details
Comprising of three commercial units, a basement car park and 67 apartments some with private garden courtyards.
Botanica and Botanica Heritage needed to share the same car park building and this involved arranging easements and cost apportionments between Botanica and Botanica Heritage towards the ongoing maintenance costs, Building Warrant of Fitness costs, and long-term maintenance costs.
