One Three Cheshire

A cutting-edge landmark building, the One Three Cheshire is a design-driven residential and commercial development. 

The development backs onto the Auckland Domain, with sweeping views of greenery and the Auckland War Memorial Museum. 

The main entrance doors were designed to open into a large central courtyard. This high-density development utilised screens to provide privacy. 

During the set-up of the body corporate careful attention had to be given to the ongoing maintenance and running costs for the car park stackers, vehicle turntable, and managing the embedded utility networks.
